- Authorization to close account(s) at your former bank
- Change direct deposit
- Change automatic payment
- Change Federal direct deposit
Next, visit our most convenient branch to open your accounts. Please bring the completed forms with you.
Finally, we will assist you in sending all forms and we'll monitor the account switching process on your behalf.
