Online banking allows you conduct much of your banking via the internet.
With Online Banking, you can:

� View a detailed history of your account transactions
� View current and previous monthly statements

Do I need special hardware or software to use Online Banking?
No. However, to ensure the security of your Online Banking and Bill Pay, a
browser with 128-bit encryption is required.

No. Online Banking and Bill Pay are offered free. All other terms and
conditions of your accounts continue to apply.

What happens if I forget my Password?
You are allowed 3 attempts to enter the correct Password before your account
will be locked. If you cannot remember your Password and/or you are locked
out of the system, please call your local bank.

With Online Banking you can view most of your checking and savings accounts,
IRA accounts, certificate of deposit accounts as well as most loan accounts.

How often is account information updated?
Account transactions and balances are real-time and change as you carry out
transactions. There may be periodic delays due to processing or system
issues beyond our control. Online Banking transactions are processed and
information updated only on business days.

Can an online account be a joint account?
You may use Online Banking to access joint accounts, however each Online Banking Customer must use his or her own Access ID and
Password.

You can access and print the activity for your two most recent statement
periods.
